University of Sussex Library
Internal refurbishment and alternations to the staff and student areas of the library with minor external works and repairs. Work in a fully occupied building broken up into 9 phases. (3 out of 9 phases completed)
The works included:
- New reception and porters desks
- Glazed roof and roof repairs
- Security barriers and enclosure for the book collector
- New cafe
- Mechanical and electrical installations
- Floors
- Ceilings
- Installations of M&E services
- Disabled parking bays
- External repairs to the brickwork and windows
