Scheme comprised the refurbishment of existing building to provide new lecture facilities.
Strip out of all existing finishes and installation of the following:
- Lecture seating
- Bespoke screens incorporating sliding white boards, drop-down AV projector screen, ventilation and sound
- Bespoke lecterns with ‘bolt in’ AV equipment, state of the art touch screens to control AV and lighting equipment
- Installations meet DDA and Energy saving requirements
- Mechanical and electrical installations
- Acoustic wall finishes
- Specialist ceilings
- Floor finishes
- Internal and external decorations
