Community Housing and Therapy
The design and refurbishment of 2 residential properties to form 1 residential care home. The works comprised the following:
- Strip out of existing walls, partitions, windows, fixtures and fittings, staircase and mechanical and electrical services
- The upgrade of external walls and envelope
- Structural alterations and new steelwork
- Mechanical plumbing and drainage installations
- Complete electrical, fire alarm and security installations
- Complete window and door replacement
- Bespoke toilet pods to all rooms
- Canteen and kitchen equipment
- Floor finishes
- Internal and external decoration
- Partitions, doors and joinery
- Acoustic floors
- Ceilings
